My Lovely Mother in LOVE!!(wink wink Patti) sent my husband an email last week containing this video. It was put out by the British Government...FORCING..er..highly suggesting people ride their bikes instead of polluting mother earth's lungs with their gasoline fumes. Truly..it freaked me out. Its just a commercial, but what the heck?! So they splatted this stuff on children "actors"? Whats next?! Ick. All I know is Jesus is coming back so its almost entertaining to sit back and watch this world self destruct. Almost being the key word.

Hey, I believe in Green because I believe that god made this earth and expects us to take care of it. I honestly do not think how we treat this world and each other pleases him. He has entrusted the land to us to care for for the Generations that follow, *if* there is a time for following.... For instance.... when I was a young boy, my Dad and I used to hunt for deer in the Mountains south of Toledo and west of Corvallis... big huge expanse of timberland open to the public for Hunting, Fishing, Camping and Recreation.... everyone in east Lincoln County calls it "South Tract".... anyway, a lot of this is closed down now because people were dumping dead cars, old dishwashers and washing machines, etc. out there, and it makes me sad and I think it makes God sad too.... just my long winded two-cents worth.
Garr..I agree to an extent. I do think we need to be respectful and mindful of this earth..and that it is here for our enjoyment and marvel, which cannot be done if it is polluted and destroyed. however, this sort of thing, this worship of the earth, brings to mind romans 1:25 "Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen."
Society has gotten to a place where they will cry and scream in the name of "mother earth's health", as millions of babies are aborted, children sold into prostitution, lives destroyed by fame, money, poverty, hoplessness...simply disappear into the painfully misguided agendas and minds of the present trend in society. Should we respect this earth. yes. should we worship it. no. what good is a lovely, green, bountiful planet, if its people are perishing, burning, and destroyed?
Exactly.... God created this for our enjoyment, and I will respect it as my God's creation, and always be thinking of him anytime I enjoy a sunset on the beach (which is just five blocks from my home), or a winter storm rustling the pine trees just outside my window, or the uber-rare snowday... The wonders of nature serve to remind me some of the reasons why I believe in its creator.... everywhere I go I see God in his creations.
Wow! This is horrifying, next they'll be making commercials about blowing up christians for not complying with their Godless agendas.
Let 'em Blow me up.... I will not follow the World's agenda.... I have come too far for Jesus.... He went all the way for us, and I want to go all the way for him.
Amen Garr. good for you, and Kelly, I know right? If they can be this violent about people who won't be as "green" as they expect..why wouldn't they follow suite with religion. So glad we'll be long gone before that happens.
Many people who support the environmentalists have no idea that the whole movement has a dark religious thrust to it.
The New Age movement really worships the earth
- called Gaia - after an ancient Greek goddess, and they see her as a living entity who "feels" "thinks" "rules" "commands" and "loves" - and destroys those who would pollute her!. She is more important than humans, who are mere germs on her skin.
Really really REALLY messed up! That British ad was made by people who were serious! At first I thought it had to be a sick joke. . . but they were and are dead serious. You don't go along with their agenda, they will gladly get rid of you! The less people on the planet, the better!!! Super scary people. Jesus is coming back soon!!!!
